Operation Christmas Child begins Sunday, November 2nd! You can find information on how to pack a shoebox in the Overflow Room where you can pick up one or more shoe boxes to fill with gifts for a child that will be sent to countries around the world. More details on this project is available on-line at samaritanspurse.org. Include one Wow! gift (e.g., stuffed animal, deflated soccer ball and pump). All packed shoe boxes with $10 for processing and handling (cash or check inside the box) are due back to our church not later than 12 noon, Sunday, November 23rd. They will be taken to the collection site immediately after worship that day. Please DO NOT include prohibited items and DO NOT tape the boxes closed. Please use the rubber bands and labels that are provided.
