Haymarket Baptist Church Inclement Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, cancellations will be posted on the church website at: my-hbc.org. Also, Sunday service cancellations will be communicated through the church deacons who will contact their families. For all Monday through Friday events, the church will close if Prince William County schools announce a CODE RED closing. When the schools are closed, church activities for that day are cancelled. When the school evening activities are cancelled, church activities will also be cancelled.  For CODE ORANGE, CODE GREEN and all other colors, the church leadership will decide if we are closed or not and will send out an email with that information
