Prior to COVID-19 HBC was already sharing their Sunday morning services on YouTube. When we could no longer meet together on Sunday mornings a small group was assembled to put together a minimal service that we could continue to share. Those services now premiere Sunday mornings at 11 am on HBC’s YouTube Channel. You can always find the latest via: HBC Sermons.
Your church family has continued to generously and sacrificially give to help HBC’s work continue. Many have mailed in their tithes and offerings while many more have started to utilize the online giving on our website: Online Gifts. Please use whichever method you prefer, even though we’re not meeting together, the needs of the community abound and your tithes and offerings make it possible for HBC to make a difference in the life of our local community.
To continue the churches work the Deacons and Church Council have started to meet via the ubiquitous Zoom meetings everyone is talking about. HBC is trying to add more avenues to bring us together to practice our faith utilizing Zoom. We have one Sunday Morning Bible study meeting via Zoom with more expected to follow. Those videos will be posted to the website for everyone to enjoy. This Wednesday, April 15, HBC will hold their first Wednesday Night Bible Study and Prayer Meeting via Zoom. If you have any prayer concerns you would like to have mentioned and won’t be able to attend the meeting please contact the church office. HBC sent an email containing the meeting information to the church membership. Please contact the church office if you missed this information. The video from that and future Bible studies will also be published to our website.
Please take advantage of these various online resources to stay connected with your church family.
If you have any suggestions or know of any needs that must be met, please contact the church office or email: support@my-hbc.org
