A local elementary school social worker in the Haymarket area is collecting individually wrapped peanut free snacks for families unable to provide them for their kids during school snack times. If you wish to support her efforts please bring donations to HBC between October 3 and October 17, 2021 or contact Patrick Moore at ginaandpat@msn.com to participate. While the social worker recently shared this request with the community, it is possible that this is an ongoing need throughout the school year.
